Jan 25, 2026The Skill Pyramid in the Character Creation Wizard has been redesigned into a drag-and-drop system. Previously, the interface required too many clicks and felt cumbersome. With this update, assigning skills is now faster, smoother, and more intuitive.

Jan 25, 2026Alpha Testing Phase - UI/UX Polish Sprint We've completed a major UI/UX modernization focused on GM workflow improvements: **GM Interface Enhancements:** - Inline Forms - Replaced all modal popups with smooth inline forms for Issues and Turn Tracker - Loading Indicators - Every action now shows real-time feedback ("Saving...", "Adding...", "Updating...") - 2-Click Delete - Safe delete confirmation without annoying popups - Optimistic Updates - Actions feel instant with smart pending states - Auto-Sorting - Newest issues always appear at the top - Keyboard Shortcuts - Enter to submit, Escape to cancel **Technical Improvements:** - Campaign deletion now properly notifies and redirects all players - Database cascade delete prevents orphaned data - Smart duplicate prevention for pending issues - Production-ready (all debug logs removed) The platform is now at approximately 98% MVP completion with these polish improvements making the GM experience significantly smoother.
